Shipping /Delivery

 

Sleep Space currently ships within Singapore only. If you wish your order to be shipped to any other country, please write to us at sales@sleepspace.com.sg

The orders are delivered directly by the respective mattress manufacturers for mattress and bed frame orders. For delivery of any bedding accessories eg pillow, bed sheets, etc without a bed or mattress order, we currently employ Ninja Van to deliver to our customers.

Shipping Rates

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders above $100.
A flat rate of $10 delivery fee applies for all orders under $100.
Only applicable for orders in Singapore.

Delivery Policy

  • As the mattresses and beds are delivered by the respective brand manufacturers, you will get separate deliveries if your purchases include more than 1 brand.
  • Should you be ordering any bedding accessories together with a bed or mattress order under the same brand, you will receive all items in one single delivery.
  • Should you be ordering any bedding accessories without a bed or mattress order, or from a different brand to the bed or mattress order, your bedding accessories order will be delivered via Ninja Van.

 

Delivery Arrangements:

  • For all bed and mattress orders, we will be making arrangements with you in advance to schedule the delivery.
  • For any changes/enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule pertaining to this order, kindly do so at least 2 days in advance for us to make the necessary arrangements. A $50 charge will be incurred for any change in delivery date that is made within 2 days of previously confirmed delivery schedule.
  • A $50 redelivery fee will also be charged for each time that the delivery was not successful on the confirmed date and time.
  • Delivery fee for non-lift accessible floors: Do take note that a charge of $20 per mattress/bedframe per non-lift accessible floor will be collected by the delivery company upon completion of the delivery. This fee will also be applicable to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonette.

We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Credit Card via PayPal
  • Direct Bank Transfer

If you are paying via bank transfer, your order will be on hold till we receive the funds. The order will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive the funds in 5 days.

 

Collection

 

Self Collection:

In the event that you would like to do a self collection for any bedding accessories, please contact us at sales@sleepspace.com.sg or call us at +65 65216697. If your order is less than $100, the shipping fee of $10 will be refunded to you.

 

Return /Cancellation

 

  • For hygiene purposes, we will not accept any returns of bedsheets, quilt covers, quilts and pillows that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, and/or with traces of fragrance or odours
  • There is a NO RETURN policy for all Mattresses & Bed Frames
  • Only the following items listed below, in its original unopened packaging is eligible to be returned within 14 days of receipt. Simply email us at sales@sleepspace.com.sg . Upon receipt of the returned item in its original unopened packaging, the items will be checked before we issue the refund, which will be in the form of a Sleep Space Store Credit Voucher.

The following conditions apply for returns

  • 14 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it.
  • Item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, Un-assembled and with labels intact.
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

* Our 14 calendar day return policy DOES NOT apply if the items have been

  • Removed from their original packaging
  • Damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear
    Products damaged after receipt of delivery, sale items
  • Item(s) can be brought back to the Sleep Space Office between 9:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. Please email us at sales@sleepspace.com.sg or call us at +65 65216697.
  • Upon receipt of your item(s) and necessary documents, item will be inspected for damage and should your return request be approved, you will be given a refund in the form of a Sleep Space voucher code.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable. Sleep Space reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.

Cancellation Policy:

Within 24 hours

  • Please note that cancellation of order is only allowed if are notified within 24 hours from date of purchase. The monies will be refunded back to the mode of payment that was used for the order.
  • Please email sales@sleepspace.com.sg or call +65 65216697 to process your cancellation.

*After 24 hours & at least 48 hours before confirmed date of delivery

  • Any cancellation after 24 hours from date of purchase will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 per item for items above value of $300. For items below the value of $300, a cancellation charge of 5% per item will be charged.
  • The refund will be in the form of a Sleep Space store voucher.
  • No cancellation is allowed for SALE items once payment has been made

 

Product Quality Claim

If you believe your item purchased has a defect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product at support@sleepspace.com.sg  or call us at +65 65216697.
